My decision to become a stay-at-home mom is the best thing I ever did. Since my kids were born 3, and 5 years ago, I spent with them almost every second of their lives. I have never missed any precious and wonderful moment, and I am always there for them.
Apart from these great things, there are always some cons to being at home almost all the time. For example, I don’t go out very much to meet my friends. Or, if I’m in my pajamas all day, no one really cares (this can be good, sometimes!).
After some time, I realized I wanted to change something. I wanted to start earning money AND be at home with my kids, so I started to look for ways to do that.
I was a freelance writer for 3-4 years before I became a mom. I made a big break while the kids were little and then started with finding clients when they were around one year old. But those clients were just temporary and if you work through freelance platforms, you know I wasn’t earning a lot!
But, at least I was earning some money. And with spending more time online, I became more satisfied with myself and started finding more clients.
Then I realized I want to add something more! The main question in my head was – what can I do to have a stable income and do something that I love the most?
Yes, you can guess what was my final decision – find a way to make money with a blog!

If you love to write as much as I do, I am sure you were thinking about starting a blog at some point in your life.
I started a travel blog 7-8 years ago but it was on a free blog platform, and it didn’t last long.
At that point, I didn’t know much about blogging, so this time around I decided to read more and to learn as much as I can.
I came back much better prepared and ready to make something out of it.
Why you should start a blog if you are like me? Because if you work hard and put a lot of effort into it, it can become successful and you will be able to make money with a blog.

Commissions can be small, but depending on the product, you could make up to 100% of the sale price or more.
Successful bloggers make a lot of money with affiliate marketing. This is one of the best passive income and as people like to say, the best way to make money with a blog, even while you sleep.
The very important thing is to only recommend things you truly believe in and that you yourself tried.
Your readers trust you, so don’t ever recommend anything you don’t know much about.
